What types of vendors are accepted at Whidbey Ren Faire?
We welcome handmade goods, homegoods, period-appropriate merchandise, food vendors, artisan crafts, and 3D printed items adhering to the event theme. All products must be family-friendly.
How much does it cost to become a vendor?
Vendor spaces start at $150. Pricing varies by vendor type (retail or food). Visit our application page for detailed pricing.
When is the application deadline for vendors?
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. We recommend applying by March 31, 2026 to secure your preferred space for May 23-24, 2026.
Do I have to be present for both days of faire?
Yes! All of our vendors are required to particpate for both days of the event. No one-day admissions are permitted.

How do I draw Frames?
To draw a Frame, click on Layout in the Toolbar, then select Frame. Now, you can click and drag anywhere on the Canvas.
How do I add images?
To add an image, select any Frame, and either double-click on it, or go to the Fill property. In the Fill property, switch to the image icon. Here, you can upload images.
How do I add videos?
To add a video to your site, click the “Insert” button and navigate to the “Media” section. Then, drag and drop a video component onto the Canvas.

Join Whidbey Ren Faire fellowship! We have volunteer opportunities for individuals, families and friends. Whether you want to serve as a royal greeter, assist with the medieval marketplace, support our performers and artisans, help at the information pavilion, or craft your own unique way to contribute, we welcome you to our faire family. Volunteers of all ages are encouraged—from young pages to wise elders! Whatever skills you bring, there's a place for you at the faire. Have a special talent like leatherworking, storytelling, or crowd herding? We'd love to hear about it!
